Sachin is a seasoned business professional with over two and a half decades of experience, specializing in the area of market entry strategy, customer relationship management, product management, strategic business alliances and partnerships across startups, turnarounds, and businesses in an exponential growth phase. In his last assignment he was the Chief Business Officer at Autovert Technologies which he co-founded and is now a fully owned subsidiary of Ecofy, a green only NBFC promoted by Eversource Capital, India’s leading climate impact investor.Sachin has served a variety of industries ranging from BPO and Banking to Printing Solutions and Integrated FM & Food Solutions in different functions through his career.

Dinesh is a name to be reckoned with in the Hospitality world. With over 20 years experience in the industry, Dinesh is a trained chef and brings his culinary magic to all the menus that he very carefully curates. As a master-Pattisier he breathes life into his pastry creations A graduate of the Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai he has made it his mission to bring happiness to his customers through food. In particular he believes that food and good nutrition are key to performance in every sphere .
In the context of the education institutions he serves he says “Under our Spices and Chefs brand we want to bring happiness to our student community. It is our organization’s mission to Create a home away from home”

Ashwin is a consummate professional who has spent over 2 decades working with leaders in the food industry. He started Spade along with Chef Dinesh to bring a revolution in nutritional standards for the student community. His strong knowledge of food and food operations has led him to create operational excellence within the organization. Indepth knowledge of food safety, operations and his hotel management degree has ensured that every activity translates to customer satisfaction. A good leader of people Ashwin sets high standards for his team and lives by the dictum of  “Quality and customer satisfaction is at the core of our operations”.

He is a hospitality professional with over 22 years of experience in large-scale catering, food & beverage operations, and event management. Skilled in boosting business performance, reducing costs, and enhancing customer satisfaction, he has successfully led teams and projects across top organizations.

Currently heading Food & Beverage Services at Spadel Integrated Services, he previously held leadership roles at Quess Corp, Manipal County Resort, and The Chancery Hotels. Known for his strategic planning and operational excellence, he consistently delivers quality and innovation in the hospitality industry.

Unit Manager

He is a seasoned professional with over 24 years of experience in the food industry, excelling in food production, catering, and team leadership. His career includes impactful roles such as Executive Sous Chef and Unit Head at Chef on Wheels, and key positions at The Central Park and Manipal County Resort in Bangalore.

He is a certified Food Safety Management System Lead Auditor (ISO 22000:2005), he also completed a Food Craft Course from the Government Food Craft Institute in Calicut. With a strong foundation in culinary expertise and food safety, he consistently delivers excellence in the industry.
